ACDI/VOCA Human Resources Team Wins 2022 Humentum OpEx Award

In March 2022, ACDI/VOCA’s Human Resources team was a recipient of Humentum’s OpEx Award for their hard work on pay disparity, supporting remote work, boosting employee well-being, implementing employee wellness days, instituting the Back-Up Care reimbursement benefit which provides employees reimbursement for alternative care during emergencies, and fueling further DEI efforts at our Home Office and in the countries where we work.
