Chief of Party of the Feed the Future Kenya Resilience Learning Activity

Jim Flock is the chief of party of our Feed the Future Kenya Resilience Learning Activity. Since joining ACDI/VOCA in 2005, Jim has supported projects in South Sudan, Sierra Leone, and Afghanistan as a project coordinator, agribusiness manager, deputy director, researcher, and emergency response coordinator and most recently as the chief of party of the Feed the Future Tanzania NAFAKA II Activity. Prior to this, he served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Kenya from 2006–2007 working with ACDI/VOCA on the USAID Kenya Maize Development Program. Jim holds a BS in marketing from John Carroll University and a MS in agricultural economics from Purdue University and is fluent in English with a working knowledge of Kiswahili and sign language. Jim has received several awards from ACDI/VOCA, and the project he manages in Tanzania was a finalist in USAID’s Collaborating, Learning, and Adapting Case Competition.
