Cheryl Turner has worked in capacity building and organizational development for more than 25 years, supporting both the U.S. government and nongovernmental organizations domestically and in the developing world. She has brought insight, inspiration, and empathy to her management roles at Peace Corps and other youth-focused organizations. Since joining ACDI/VOCA in 2013, Cheryl has taken a lead role in the development and implementation of core approaches to common problems experienced in a variety of projects and countries. Cheryl has a B.A. in Russian language and literature from Bryn Mawr College, and a M.P.H. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
