This document highlights key insights into factors that could influence AflaSTOP’s portable shallow-bed batch dryer’s go-to-market strategy, including target customers, service providers, manufacturing, product profitability and financing, and marketing. Including a substantial amount of technical detail, graphs, and graphics, it is informed by lessons learned during research, design, development and prototyping, and includes lessons for future, expanded pilots to validate and inform the final strategy. As part of the go-to-market commercialization strategy under design for the dryer, AflaSTOP is investigating both informal and formal routes for manufacturing.
