CLA Deputy Chief of Party of the Youth Resilience Activity

Victoria Norelid is the Collaborating, Learning, and Adapting (CLA) deputy chief of party of our USAID-funded Youth Resilience Activity in Colombia. Prior to this role, Victoria carried out management, new business, and monitoring and evaluation roles in ACDI/VOCA’s home office and the country offices of our USAID- and private sector-funded programs. She served as ACDI/VOCA’s director of business development leading new business capture and proposal preparation efforts in Latin America. Prior to this, Victoria was a home office director providing project management oversight to our programs in Colombia, Paraguay, and Mozambique. She also served as a monitoring and evaluation manager for the USAID-funded Afro-Colombian and Indigenous Program in Colombia. Prior to joining ACDI/VOCA in 2012, Victoria worked as a grants, information, and database manager for a USAID Office of Transition Initiatives governance response program in Colombia, implemented by Creative Associates International. She holds an MS in Latin American studies from the University of Oxford and a BA in history from Harvard University. Victoria is fluent in English and Spanish. She has intermediate knowledge of French and Italian and basic knowledge of Portuguese.
