Senior Director of International Human Resources
Ruth Arriaga is a senior director of international human resources and provides international human resources expert guidance to headquarters and field staff. She leads the development and updates of our Employee Policy Manuals to comply with local labor laws and regulations, reflect organizational values, and best human resources practices. Prior to joining ACDI/VOCA in 2004, Ruth worked at the USAID mission in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. She holds a BS in economics from National Honduran University, an MBS from Oklahoma City University, and an MA in human resources management from Marymount University. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
