Deputy Chief of Party and Nutrition Team Lead of the Feed the Future Bangladesh Livestock Production for Improved Nutrition Activity
Mohammad Kamruzzaman is the deputy chief of party and nutrition team lead of the Feed the Future Bangladesh Livestock Production for Improved Nutrition Activity. In this role, he provides technical leadership and oversight for nutrition and behavioral change communication initiatives and maintains relationships with private sector partners, local organizations, and government agencies. Prior to joining ACDI/VOCA in 2018, Mohammad held senior technical and managerial roles at a number of international NGOs, including CARE International, the United Nations Development Programme, UNICEF, and Adventist Development and Relief Agency International, where he supported programs focused on food security, livelihoods, nutrition, education, humanitarian assistance, and water, sanitation, and hygiene. He holds an MS in nutrition and food science from the University of South Asia (Bangladesh) and an MPH from Atish Dipankar University of Science and Technology (Bangladesh). Mohammad is fluent in Bangla and English.
