Associate Director of Business Development, Resilience & Growth
Krystle Austin is an associate director of business development at ACDI/VOCA, where she helps identify, research, analyze, and plan for funding opportunities and supports the proposal team in designing and delivering high-quality and competitive proposals. Since joining ACDI/VOCA in 2018, Krystle has worked on opportunities in Bangladesh, Burkina Faso, Kenya Niger, and Uganda. Previously, she worked in new program development at Jhpiego. Krystle started her career in international development as an education volunteer for the Peace Corps in Burkina Faso, where she later worked for Friends of African Village Libraries and the World Food Programme. Krystle holds a BA in economics, law, and society from Hood College and is fluent in French.
