Managing Director of Financial Planning and Analysis 

Kate Linde-Kogan is a managing director of financial planning and analysis. She leads internal financial reporting, prepares cost proposals, oversees logistics and headquarter procurement, and supports the financial management of projects. Since joining ACDI/VOCA in 2014, Kate has led an indirect rate restructuring to ensure our full Cost Accounting Standards compliance, introduced cost policies, supported the rollout of enterprise resource planning to our Colombia field office in 2015, and assisted in the design of our procurement module, Business Word. Previously, Kate worked for Commercial HealthCare as well as an engineering government contracting company that managed a range of projects — from a half a billion-dollar project in Afghanistan under the Department of Defense to a project managing the One Tower in New York City. She holds a BA and MS in finance and an MBA from the University of Maryland. She is fluent in English and Russian. Through the National Contract Management Association, she is a Certified Federal Contracts Manager in Washington, D.C., and holds an Industry Certification in Contract Management – Federal (ICCM–F) and a Federal Acquisition Certification in Contracting (FAC-C).
