Ms. Ebong joined the Milken Institute’s Center for Advancing the American Dream in January 2020, where she drives the development of strategic partnerships in fulfilment of the mission to tell the dynamic story of the American Dream and secure it for future generations.  Previously, Ms. Ebong served as a U.S. government Senior Executive Service member, General Counsel, and strategist recognized for leading and advancing international public-private partnerships, as the former Deputy Director and Chief Operating Officer of the U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA). A dynamic grant-making government agency, USTDA partners with the U.S. private sector to develop sustainable infrastructure and foster economic growth in emerging economies, while generating U.S. exports and supporting the creation of jobs. 

Prior to joining USTDA, Enoh practiced law at the Boston office of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris and Popeo, P.C., representing public and private companies in public offerings, financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance issues.

Ms. Ebong earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School, a Master of Arts in Communication from the Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Pennsylvania, and a Master of Arts in History, with Honors, from The University of Edinburgh, Scotland. She is a member of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Bar. Originally from Nigeria, Ms. Ebong is a U.S. citizen and lives in Washington, D.C.
