Chief of Party of Feed the Future Ghana Agricultural Development and Value Chain Enhancement II (ADVANCE II) Project 

Christel Tshikudi is the chief of party of our Feed the Future Ghana Agricultural Development and Value Chain Enhancement II (ADVANCE II) Project, funded by USAID. She provides leadership to all aspects of the project, including overseeing planning, refinement, and implementation of project activities. Christel was previously the deputy chief of party for the project. She joined ACDI/VOCA in 2015 as a senior director based in headquarters supporting our projects in Mali, Tanzania, and Guinea as well as new business development. She has worked for more than a decade supporting programs in West Africa, including five years of experience in Ghana, first as a regional operations manager and financial advisor for the USAID-funded West Africa Agribusiness Trade Promotion Project from 2008 to 2012 and later for the ADVANCE II project. Her technical expertise is in business services and market development. Christel has worked on projects funded by various donors, including USAID, the United States Department of Health and Human Services, the World Bank, the German Development Bank, the United Kingdom Department for International Development, and the Global Fund. She holds a BS in economics from the University of Geneva (Switzerland) and an MBA from The American University. She is fluent in English and French.
