Senior Technical Coordinator
Cecilia Nicolich is a senior technical coordinator at ACDI/VOCA. Since joining ACDI/VOCA in 2014, Cecilia has served in several roles providing operational and technical assistance. Most recently, Cecilia served as operations manager and closeout specialist in Bamako, Mali, for nine months overseeing the operations team and project closeout of the USAID-funded Feed the Future Mali Cereal Value Chain Project. During her time at ACDI/VOCA, she has facilitated trainings in French and English at headquarters and abroad on topics such as social behavior change, inclusive market systems, and operational compliance. As a technical specialist, she has co-facilitated World Food Program regional workshops on smallholder agricultural market support in Kenya and Senegal. Previously, she worked for a private, global investment firm in Rosslyn, Virginia. Cecilia holds a BS in business administration from American University and is fluent in English, Spanish, and French. She received a Presidential Award from ACDI/VOCA in 2019 for her support of the Mali Cereal Value Chain Project.
