Chief of Party of USAID Burma Agriculture and Food Systems Development Activity
Agnes Luz is the chief of party of our USAID Agriculture and Food Systems Development Activity in Myanmar. Previously, she served as chief of party of our Enterprise Competitiveness Project and as ACDI/VOCA’s country representative in the Kyrgyz Republic. Additionally, Agnes is the former chief of party of our USAID Agro Horizon Project in the Kyrgyz Republic. Prior to joining ACDI/VOCA in 2016, Agnes was the chief of party of the largest Feed the Future project in Africa, the Food and Enterprise Development Project in Liberia. Before that, she was the chief of party of a USAID-funded project in Pakistan and a senior value chain advisor for a SNV Netherlands Development Organisation project in Ethiopia. She has supported additional projects in South East Asia and Philippines. Agnes holds a BS in agriculture and MS in management from the University of the Philippines and is fluent in Filipino, English, and Hiligaynon.
