Dale Key
Specialist, Management Information System
Dale Key is a management information system (MIS) specialist with more than 25 years of experience in applying information and data management solutions to problems for business, government and development organizations, including systems analysis for large projects. Mr. Key has managed all aspects of computer services, including client/server-based information systems, network systems design, implementation, administration, internet systems design and internal training. In addition, he has experience as a system designer for client/server applications. Mr. Key is expert in researching, defining and evaluating systems requirements, including designing and implementing information technologies. He has extensive experience in networks including hardware/software procurement, installation, implementation and support. Mr. Key has applied these skills in numerous overseas assignments, including in Bolivia, Ghana, Armenia, Georgia and Honduras. He earned an M.A. in international management from the School for International Training, in Brattleboro, Vermont, a certificate in computer applications from the University of Southern California and a B.S. in business administration from California State Polytechnic University. He is fluent in Spanish and proficient in Portuguese.
