Angelina Tracy

Director, Agribusiness & Farmer-to-Farmer Programs


Angelina Tracy is an international development specialist who manages the implementation of projects in private-led agribusiness development, including market access, productivity enhancement, business services, adaptive technologies, input relationship for value chain growth, and micro and small enterprises. Ms. Tracy currently serves as director for ACDI/VOCA’s agribusiness programming and manager of Leader with Associates Farmer-to-Farmer programs. She has broad-based experience in technical services, project management and business development, including field work funded by USAID. Her experience includes headquarter support of innovative agribusiness development projects in Ghana, Liberia, Mali, Nigeria, Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan, Armenia and Moldova; providing field-based technical assistance on a community development initiative on conflict-prevention in Central Asia; and designing technical approaches to fulfill USAID and Millennium Challenge Corporatio requests. Ms. Tracy has an M.S. in development management from the London School of Economics. She has also studied in Kyrgyzstan and the United States. She speaks fluent Russian.
