Caroline Bailey
Caroline Bailey is a project coordinator for ACDI/VOCA, where she serves projects in Africa and Southeast Asia in natural resource management, agricultural development, market systems innovation, cocoa industry strengthening, and cooperative development. Previously, Caroline served as a business development and program associate for NCBA CLUSA International, where she developed proposals and served projects in East and Southern Africa focused on youth development, conservation farming, and more. Caroline has consulted with the World Cocoa Foundation in Ghana, NCBA CLUSA International in Uganda, and the MAVUNO Project in Tanzania. She holds an M.A. in international development from George Washington University and a B.A. in political science and international studies from West Virginia University.
