New Project Won – Global: Contracting Manual & Training Consultancy

ACDI/VOCA won a contract with the Global Fund and World Health Organization (WHO) to develop a contracting manual based on current Global Fund and WHO policies and procedures. ACDI/VOCA will also recommend policies and procedures to be implemented after the Global Fund’s separation from WHO and develop training modules for Global Fund technical officers to ensure their awareness and understanding of contracting procedures as well as the roles and responsibilities of technical and contracting staff.
